About Be EnGaygedThe Be EnGayged project has been made possible through a seed grant awarded by PILnet, with WYNG Foundation's support, to the winning team of the 2019 Law for Change Student Competition.
In this legal website, users will be able to find summaries of recent court judgments, landmark overseas’ decisions on LGBT+ cases, journal articles written by professional legal academics, as well as selected blog entries contributed by law student bloggers in HKU. Our next phases of the project include an employers survey and signature-collecting petitions to District Councils in Hong Kong. |
About PILnet
PILnet is an international non-governmental organization that creates opportunities for social change by unlocking law’s full potential. PILnet’s mission is to make law work for all. To do this, with offices in New York, Hong Kong, and Budapest, the organization engages lawyers, empowers those who serve the poor and vulnerable, and enables changes in the community, in which all lawyers can use their skills to help organized civil society become more resilient and more effective in helping the most vulnerable.
